This is an article about elementary that says some bad things about BBC Sherlock.

This is a match.

This is that article on fire.

These are the remains.

That is all.
wow
this speaks to both your maturity level and your ability to take criticism
and pretty much sums up what i think of most of sherlock fandom, tbh
Sherlock fandom continues to scare me. That is all.

Oh Sherlock fandom, I’m so glad that you’ve expanded your horizons past racism and misogyny and gotten all the way to supa-gross classism! Congrats, truly.
what the actual fuck
are you fucking kidding
To be fair, it is canon that Holmes is a total slob in everything *but* dress. On the other hand, casual bohemian-ish wear does fit with both Watson and Holmes’ personalities and is also consistent with someone who views his body as jut transport.
Also, just because it’s not a suit doesn’t mean it wasn’t expensive. I doubt the wardrobe for the show came from JC Penney.
Also, is anyone truly surprised that a portion of the fandom for an arguably classist TV program is, in fact, classist?
i mean.
you’re absolutely right from what i remember of the stories - but, on the other hand, i really like the way ritchie!holmes’ wardrobe absolutely fits his character, and i’ve heard that described as bohemian as well. i think it’s just - like you said, it fits the adaptation. it fits the holmes, so i don’t know why people are so outraged. especially given the precedent of the ritchie wardrobe, which i loved.
(on that note, i’m pretty sure you can get clothes that subjectively hideous from a brand name. just because it has a name doesn’t mean it’s automatically gorgeous and fits everyone. or either, for that matter.)

We know that Moriarty leaves Grimm’s Fairy Tales as a clue for Sherlock to find the abducted children. But what if he also leaves this book as a clue to the IOU riddle?
ok so this is reeeaallly long, but very worth the read, especially because I love Fairy Tale themed riddles
sometimes I don’t want season 3 to come because I don’t want to disprove any of these wonderful theories

AU: Moriarty succeeds in burning Sherlock’s heart out.
some rainy days, I could swear you’re walking through our door
still, I look up - all that meets my stare is nothing at all.
